General Configuration
Setup basic configuration in /etc/powerdns/pdns.conf:

Write geo-maps/lunasys:

Finally retrieve countries zone file with the following rsync command:
rsync -avz rsync://countries-ns.mdc.dk/zone .
And copy the zz.countries.nerd.dk.rbldnsd in /etc/powerdns/
